VWHP at the VT History Expo
Visitors to the Vermont Women's History Project exhibit at Vermont History Expo 2007 had a chance to see how the new VWHP web site works and participate in a Virtual Scavenger Hunt. The Scavenger Hunt is designed to help people learn more about Vermont women in an entertaining way by searching the web site for answers to questions about Vermont women. People who picked up the Scavenger Hunt form at Expo were eligible to submit their entries to the VWHP in order to enter their names in a drawing, first prize sponsored by the New England Culinary Institute.
People also stopped to talk about women they knew who should be added to the web site and to fill out a form, "Know of a Vermont Woman?", as a guide for our researchers to use.
